Launching a wellness brand. Clean plates started as a guidebook, evolved into a book series, and grew into a clean eating movement. The initiative covered Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Los Angeles. The guide has sold more than 75,000 copies and has been featured on Access Hollywood, Glamour, Good Day LA, and Martha Stewart Living Radio.
